OB stands for "Open Brethren," an epigraph used by some to distinguish believers of this "persuasion" from the so-called "Exclusive Brethren." I am using this "blog" to inform others with any interest in this "movement," and hoping others would be gracious enough to enlighten me with similar information; and to comment on any of my "posts."
